Trevor Michaelis
Executive Producer
Trevor is a former professional fighter. Known as “Macho Man,” he was undefeated as a pro and only one loss as an amateur. He has served the fight industry as a gym owner, trainer, manager, corner, referee, promoter and even ring announcer. In 2001, he and MMA pioneer/legend Dennis Hallman co-founded the not for profit corporation USA MMA, a sanctioning body for mixed martial arts events recognized by the Washington State Department of Licensing, and serves on its board of directors.
In 2005, Trevor saw the opportunity to apply a singular brand to the many series of fights he had been promoting with various partners. With an eye for future growth, Trevor invented, Xtreme Cage Combat or the XCC. The XCC has grown to be one of Washington’s leading MMA event companies. In addition to large arena events, the XCC presents a traveling series named Road to Victory hosted in Northwest nightclubs and event centers.
Ron Eggleton
Series Director
Ron has worked in the TV industry for a solid 21 years nearly half of which has been spent as a business owner or partner. A variety of positions within two FOX network affiliates, a PBS station and the cable giant that turned from TCI to ATTBI (now part of Comcast) provided wide spectrum industry exposure. Honored with Tellys and CAB awards, folks who work with Ron know that he’s able to break down complex situations, get help and make everyone look good.
Ron got his first taste of cage fighting in 1995 working on programming that supported big time boxing pay-per-view events and what’s become known as UFC 7.5 or “The Ultimate Ultimate.”
In 2007, Ron was brought in to punch up the graphic look for XCC broadcast commercials and live event visuals for XCC4 at the Tacoma Dome. Ron and Trevor hit it off right away and share the vision to create an honest fight show that’s not afraid to show a little grit of reality, yet still conveys the excitement and energy of live fighting.
